Cat and Dog, Monica and her famous pet cat diva, and Chichi the dog, accidentally swallow a stolen ruby and get lost on the streets. Meanwhile, international thief Jack also realizes that the pets have the precious gem and is on his way to find them. Monica and her pets must work together to find their loved ones, unaware that the determined police officer, Brandt, will do anything to get his hands on the ruby.
